Support Our Mission
Your Giving Makes a Difference!
Our work with Nashville Singers is as much about community as it is
about the chorus. Music is a shared language, transcending politics and
economics, overcoming warfare and personal tragedy. Throughout history,
human beings have looked to music to soothe pain and to announce great
joys. Choral singing is one of the most powerful unifying forces known
to humankind. In lifting our voices together in song, we cross
boundaries that exist between groups of people, we learn more about each
other, and we celebrate our very existence.
The arts
have struggled in recent years due to the substantial loss of public
funding. However, one type of arts organization continues to grow and
thrive despite budget cuts: volunteer groups, where trained artists are
driven by the love of their craft, not financial gain. Although these
artists have refused to put a price tag on what they create, their
groups still need support.
Nashville
Singers, Music City’s newest men’s chorus, is an organization that
prioritizes artistry over economy. The all-volunteer ensemble
continually strives to advance ongoing choral creativity by performing
an ever-widening repertoire of choral music at the highest artistic. In
just two short years, these talented singers have developed a reputation
for producing imaginative programs that include both innovative
arrangements of classic songs, by some of the world’s best composers, as
well as lesser-known works of contemporary a cappella repertoire.
We firmly
believe that a society’s art should reflect its richness, not its
riches. Please invest in Nashville Singers and the future of choral
music by making a gift – of any size – today.

Underwriting
Nashville Singers is seeking to establish relationships with businesses and individuals in our community. Middle Tennessee deserves another performing arts organization of the highest caliber; however, it takes financial support to maintain this level of quality. Like most arts organizations, Nashville Singers cannot fulfill its mission or provide its programs without support from a variety of sources - member dues, performance fees, merchandise, individuals, corporations, and foundations. The revenue from public performances accounts for a small portion of the annual budget of the chorus. Your donations will help us finance the remainder of our operating costs and outreach activities. It is our goal to present professional-level performances for our audiences not only here but beyond. Further, we are very proud of what we have to offer area singers as a musical outlet. We are requesting that businesses, industries, and individuals contact us to help us financially achieve our mission.
