PRINT & WEB COMBO ADVERTISING: B&W display advertising broadcast your message to 300+ concert attendees combined with the year-round reach of a full color display ad on the advertiser page of www.nashvillesingers.org from December 15, 2012 through November 15, 2013. The Nashville Singers website enjoys about 500 visitors monthly.

DEADLINES: Reserve your ad space by October 15, 2012. Your ad materials must be received electronically or by mail by October 31, 2012.

How Your Advertising Can Make a Difference:
In addition to garnering greater awareness for your business, advertising with Nashville Singers helps us fund and support several critical programs:

#1 - Youth Programs

• Music Makes a Difference Music Education Grant Program
• Educators of the Future - Music Education Scholarship Program
• Middle/High School Master Classes - Music Education Program
• Young Singers Project Music Education Program

#2 - Adult Music Education Programs

• Free Singing Lessons – A four-week program offered in the spring;
• Year-Round Music Program for Nashville Singers Members – Sheet music, printing, learning media, licensing, binders, performance coaching, rehearsal space rental, marketing, recognition, professional development training, etc.

#4 - Studio Recordings – Studio time for recording, editing, mixing, and mastering, engineering fees, graphic design and layout, printing, mechanical license fees, CD duplication, shipping, etc.

• Ads should be submitted in digital format on a CD or emailed (preferred).
• Ads are to be Black and White (grayscale) only (except back outside cover).
• Ads need to be set up to be print resolution, including all photos and graphics (300dpi minimum).
• Ads should be converted from their native file format to either TIF files at 300 dpi or high-quality-print-resolution PDF (PDF files preferred.) All fonts and links need to be properly embedded. If you are submitting your file on CD, please include a composite proof (hardcopy or email a PDF).
• We cannot accept MS Word files, Corel Draw, Freehand, Quark, or PowerPoint files.
• If using an actual business card for the business card sized ad, you should scan a print-resolution image of your card and email a digital file or you may mail an actual business card and we will scan it for you. Business card (1/4 page) ads will be accepted in portrait layout only.
